Lead time

Prepaid orders are shipped once the payment is received, and cash-on-delivery orders once they are confirmed. The dispatch time is shown with each Product; add the carrier's delivery time, usually 1–2 working days.

Receiving the parcel

Check the parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, ask the courier to write a damage report. Not having a report does not limit your right to make a complaint.

Returns and complaints are described on the Withdrawal, returns and complaints page.
